REAL ESTATE SERVICES – Unlike most of the traditional firms, Global Atlantic Group LLC does not drive you around endlessly showing you property that does not meet your needs, or only show you property listed by their firm. We represent buyers and sellers alike, but we usually specialize in working as a Buyer’s Agent for out of state Individual Buyers and Small to Medium Sized Investors who are looking for the best available purchase of Residential Land or Homes in Florida.

EXPANDED RESEARCH SERVICES - Our resources and capabilities are vast and unparalleled. We maintain a fully-integrated Multi-County MLS System with an additional Integrated Public Data System which allows us to search through more than 26 Florida counties in central and Southwest Florida in 19 different local MLS Systems in just a single pass using multiple parameters and features. –

We go much further than standard MLS services however, because in addition to all of the photos, and price comparisons, we can add property valuations, public property records, prior sales, neighborhood characteristics, and sales trend analysis. If you are looking for Pre-Foreclosures and Bank Owned REO’s which are not yet in the MLS, we can provide them by City or Zip Code with the Foreclosure Status and many of the Documents, including Notices and Dates, Loan and Mortgage Defaults.

After first determining your exact goals and needs in advance, we then offer you a variety of personal One-On-One Services tailored to meet your needs. We usually work as a Buyers Agent for Out-Of-Area and Out-Of-State Home Buyers as well as serious Cash Investors because we can setup your exact search criteria into our system in advance and give you access to your own Private Client Internet Portal to pre-select several specific properties in which you are interested.

When you come into the area to review these properties, your knowledge will be very high and the time spent on walk-throughs will be greatly reduced (because you will already have all the detailed information for each property on hand).

We do all of our Real Estate Contracts and Signatures electronically according to Florida Statutes, so when you decide upon a specific property we can send you all the specific paperwork by email for your electronic signature, and present it to the Seller usually within an hour or less. We have several Bonded Title Companies nearby, so when the Seller accepts your offer we can immediately forward the signed paperwork to the Title Company of your choice to handle your transaction and the financial matters of both the Buyer and the Seller. You can also do your contract closing and sign all paperwork remotely from your home or office via FEDEX if it is inconvenient to travel back again for the final escrow closing.

If your property search is outside of our normal service area, we will cheerfully refer you to a reliable cooperating Sales Agent in that area who will be able to help you in that area.
